Backstage Betties

Miami Beach International Fashion Week was the place to be for everyone in Miami who works in fashion, has an interest in fashion, or just likes to look at pretty things. Models, designers, bloggers, photographers and even socialites were running all over the beach last weekend to catch this party, and that show. Some of them even looked super-fab while doing it.

Heidi Gardner

I caught up with Heidi at the Gansevoort for the opening night after party. Heidi attended MBIFW as a guest of socialite Karen Koeningsberg. She also happens to be a jewelry designer with her own budding line called “Creature Couture,” Heidi is wearing a Twelfth St by Cynthia Vincent Romper, Christian Louboutin nude pumps and rings from her own collection.

Karen is the founder/president of Cherished Feet a nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to providing footwear to underprivileged and impoverished children in developing countries. Karen was requested by president of Miami International Fashion Week to walk the opening of fashion week for designer Viviana G of Petit Pois. Here, she is at the Gansevoort for the opening night after party enjoying a cool Miami night dressed in Petit Pois designs.

Angelique Rodriguez

Angelique atteneded MBIFW Sunday shows with her mother. She was snapped as soon as the shows ended in her white blazer and harem pants are both from the Coconut Grove boutique Butter. Her bone necklace is from Scope Studios. Her top, from American Apparel, ties the whole look together.

Her wedges, always a comfortable yet stylish choice, are by Steve Madden.

Stephanie Cosmopolitan

Stephanie is a fashion stylist and reporter for Muse Magazine. She attended the shows and headed to the Gansevoort for a bit of relaxation after a hectic day of reporting. Her favorite shows for the evening were from lingerie brand MADD Sexy and RTW designer Julian Chang.

Her dress is Zara, all of her accessories are from Express. Her shoes are from Bakers.

Talia Reyes

Talia works as an official blogger and behind the scenes photographer for Petit Pois by Viviana G. Armed with her camera, she was always in the right place to capture the right Petit Pois moment.

She is wearing scalloped shorts by BCBG Generation with a basic tank from Target, topped with blazer by French Connection for Sears.

Her shoes are by Zara.
