Julian Chang is a busy man. The Miami-based designer turns out four collections a year – Spring, Summer, Fall, and a Couture collection that will make you wish that rich uncle would hurry up and die already. We recently stopped by his Biscayne Boulevard showroom to get a peek at the Spring line and talk to Chang about how he pulls it off, year after year.
